British artist management company ATC has acquired a majority stake in Raw Power Management, bringing together two prominent British-born artist management companies.
Founded in 2006 by current CEO Craig Jennings, Raw Power Management represents the biggest music artists in rock and metal, including 2024 BRIT Award winners Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, The Mars Volta, The Damned, You Me At Six, Don Broco, Heartworms, Kid Kapichi, The Chisel and Refused.
Part of the independently owned ATC Group, ATC Management represents over 60 artists, songwriters and producers including Nick Cave, The Smile, PJ Harvey, Yaeji, The Hives, Sleaford Mods, Johnny Marr, Black Country, New Road, Kelela, Isabel Waller-Bridge and Ques.
ATC has acquired 55% shares of raw electricity £1.41 million Cash (approx. $1.8 million) according to a regulatory filing released on Thursday (May 16).
In addition to artist management, the ATC Group also includes live booking agency ATC Live, merchandise company Sandbag, live streaming business Driift, ATC Services and ATC Experience.
The company is headquartered in London and has offices in Los Angeles and New York.
In 2021, ATC raised £4.15 million ($5.2 million) and listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market under the ticker symbol ATC.
After ATC began trading in December 2021, its market capitalization was approximately £14.66 million ($19.3 million).
Following today’s announcement, ATC Group “seeks to strategically expand its offering to artists and industry partners” following its listing on the Aquis Growth Market.
ATC Group’s market capitalization currently stands at £18.81 million (approximately $23.82 million at current exchange rates), according to Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market.
Under the new partnership, Raw Power’s UK team, including Craig and commercial director Don Jenkins, will relocate to ATC Management’s London headquarters.
The alliance will also be reflected in the United States with the merger of the two companies’ operations in Los Angeles.
Since 2008, acclaimed Raw Power band Bring Me The Horizon has been managed by Craig and Matt Ash, US President of Raw Power Management.
ATC noted that the group has performed on stages “around the world” and achieved “transatlantic chart success,” with their music having been streamed more than 1 billion times across all platforms to date.
