The U.S. Worldwide Commerce Fee is investigating a criticism filed by ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MTVietnamese automaker VinFast has infringed on patents associated to its imported high-strength aluminum and aluminum alloy-coated metal for cars, Reuters reported on Monday.

The U.S. ITC will make a ultimate choice on the investigation “on the earliest alternative” and can set a goal date of finishing the investigation inside 45 days of its launch.
