Joe Biden campaigned for Kamala Harris on the Sheet Steel Employees Native 19 Coaching Heart in Philadelphia on Tuesday evening.
Biden, 81, was in horrible form Tuesday evening.
He had gone too far and when he tried to dunk on Trump, his line was tousled.

Joe Biden spoke the quiet half out loud and acknowledged that his Justice Division was working to imprison Trump after the election.
“When he loses, there are three different main circumstances ready for him,” Biden stated of Jack Smith’s federal case towards Trump.
“By the best way, there are 34 felonies,” Biden stated after sending Justice Division hitman Matthew Colangelo to New York to seize Trump.
“His sentence was vacated, however I wish to see that sentence,” Biden stated cheerfully, hoping Trump would go to jail.
